Packager enables you to take a directory or application containing multiple files and turn it into a single executable file which, when run, will expand itself back into the original directory structure. This can come in very handy when transferring files over the Internet, as it removes the need for the person receiving the file to have a seperate specific dearchiving program.
Using Packager
Packager can by loaded by double-clicking on its icon in a filer window. Once loaded, the application's icon will appear on the icon bar. To create a package file, simply drag a directory or application to this icon. A save box will then pop up, allowing the package to be saved.
